Don’t try and understand your scribbles in a linear or logical way. Instead use scribbling to help you ask tap into your feelings, senses, and body sensations. The goal is to integrate your body, mind, and spirit, which means we need to get out of our head. There are many ways to accomplish this, but they all have similar components: slowing down the breathing, moving the body in a rhythmic manner, focusing the mind, and opening the heart. When that is accomplished, it is easy to see a clear path to follow. Historically I have used walking, biking, and scribbling to accomplish this, but I am sure you will find other ways to accomplish the same thing.
The ICWIB activities are also a great way to focus your mind, tap into your feelings, and find a clear path to follow.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE.
