It doesn’t matter if you are young or old, rich or poor. What is important, especially in challenging times, is who and what matters to you. Once you are clear on this, then check to see where you are putting your time and focus every day.
Just saying that something matters is not enough. You need to put those items on the top of your priority list, then give them your focus and energy, because hollow words or wishful thinking doesn’t make something a reality. When you put those things at the top of your priority list and give them the necessary energy, you not only can make what matters to you a reality, but you will also find yourself standing in, and being a reflection of, your truth.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the FREE ICWIB art activities and videos, because they are a wonderful way to help you reconnect with what is important to you and create an authentic life.
