“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.”–Lao Tzu
We’re all storytellers. We tell ourselves stories—both consciously and unconsciously—about who we are, were, and who we’ll be. Sadly, some stories we tell ourselves about ourselves aren’t very nice. They distort our self-image and hold us back from becoming who we could be.
Thankfully, we can do something about those self-limiting stories and restore a clearer and more balanced perspective! The ICWIB! Program was designed to help you activate your conscious mind and transform self-sabotaging beliefs in the subconscious mind.
With this in mind, we invite you to explore and share some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE, because they can be a simple introduction to mindfulness meditation and help lead us to a place of greater clarity and self-acceptance.
Also, in a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!…”
