How rigid thinking can erode our vitality
Recently an old friend of mine suggested that I have some of my newsletters be just audio files (podcasts) because then she could just lie on the couch, close her eyes, and listen deeply. Since I grew up listening to the radio, not looking at screens, this resonated deeply with me.
With this in mind, I have created my new ‘Did You Know?’ Podcast series.
In today’s podcast I am going to talk about how rigid thinking and not moving though life from our authentic nature can erode our vitality and leave us feeling old.
I also invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE,, because they help you and the children in your life, find innovative and empowering ways to resolve stress and restore balance in his or her body. This approach can help even very young children learn how to self-regulate and place their mind in a learning ready state autonomously.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!…”
