“…You have to embrace chaos, uncertainly, non-linearity, and be open to the sounds, the textures, the smells, the colors, the forms and the feelings of the world… so I would say, feel like an artist, let your imagination roll beyond every limit.” Deepak Chopra
In this two-minute video, Deepak Chopra, world-renowned author and speaker, shares his belief that it’s of greater importance to feel like an artist than to think like one. Feeling like an artist is an exploration of life filled with curiosity and wonder, felt directly through our connection with the body and its senses. How we experience ourselves then becomes how we express ourselves.
Creative expression reveals a capacity to feel and a willingness to be present for what’s alive in us. Instead of numbing or avoiding chaos and uncertainty, we can get curious about what we’re feeling, thereby operating from the conscious, creative mind. From this place of possibility, as Deepak Chopra shares, we can let our “imaginations roll beyond every limit.”
Did you know that scribbling is used to develop sensory awareness and ignite the imagination? The ICWIB! scribbling exercises are designed to help children and adults tune into their senses and tap into their potential!
If you would like to experience a renewed sense of curiosity and wonder, then we invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!…”
Final note: I would like you to know that we are currently in the process of putting the ICWIB training up online so that it is easy for anyone anywhere in the world to receive and benefit from the ICWIB Training. We will keep you posted on when it will be available.
