In this fascinating ten-minute video, Dr. Bruce Lipton shares the science behind what we call “good vibes” and “bad vibes.” In a nutshell, our bodies are a community of 50 trillion cells, comprised of proteins that shape the body and provide for all of its functions. The atoms within these proteins respond to energy waves (vibrations), and since atoms give off and absorb energy waves, our health and biology are being affected and altered as a result.
As Bruce explains, when waves of energy meet, they become entangled, creating constructive (good vibes) or destructive (bad vibes) waves. Energy waves cannot be separated: we are connected to everything and everybody through them. This is how people can affect each other, simply by being in each other’s fields, because these invisible waves are always interacting.
This science that Bruce is sharing reveals how thoughts and feelings are transmitted out into the world through energy waves that we are consciously and unconsciously generating. Although we can’t control what others are transmitting into the collective field, we can learn how to restore balance from the inside out and stay positive in the presence of negativity. By doing this, we help not only ourselves, but also those around us, feel better.
