If stairs played musical notes when you walked on them, would you be more likely to take them?
Volkswagen launched a popular campaign called “The Fun Theory” which is “dedicated to the thought that something as simple as fun is the easiest way to change people’s behavior for the better.” It turns out that 66% more commuters opted for stairs over the escalators! Take a look at this utterly clever (and fun!) idea.
Now what if we took this theory and its findings and applied it to education?
What if we took the time to make sure all learning was fun? How would that impact our education system? Would that one simple change help recruit more children and in the process increase their success?
The simple, and scientifically sound activities in the ICWIB have demonstrated the ability to reduce stress, restore balance in the body and increase learning comprehension. How is that possible?
They are fun!
They also activate the conscious mind and place the mind in a learning ready state.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE.
