We Were Born

We weren’t designed to be merely linear beings. We are a blend of body, mind, and spirit and were born to be connected to all living things. Unfortunately, our lives today don’t always support this union. Consequently many people spend much of their lives disconnected from their spirits and walk through life as distant and…

The Chain of Harm

When we are young, our minds are predominantly in a theta brain state—copy and paste. This allows us to learn an immense amount of information quickly as we adapt to new environments. Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to question the appropriateness of what we are learning during these early and formative years. This means…

Wandered

What do you do when you feel lost? What do you do when you feel disoriented or confused? What do you do when you or your mind wanders so far you can’t find your way back to yourself? When I was younger I used to try and muscle through those moments. I tried to pretend…

Sensations

Don’t try and understand your scribbles in a linear or logical way. Instead use scribbling to help you ask tap into your feelings, senses, and body sensations. The goal is to integrate your body, mind, and spirit, which means we need to get out of our head. There are many ways to accomplish this, but…

Living from our deepest wishes and desires

In an interview on E-Motion Health, Dr. Bruce Lipton shared that we’ve been programmed (similar to the Matrix) and that our lives have been driven by the program, instead of our deepest wishes and desires. So how can we let go of, or change, our programming?

The I Create What I Believe! Program, endorsed by Dr. Lipton and based on his research, offers this fun and scientifically sound tool to change your perceptions, let go of inaccurate programming, and help you create a more authentic life.

Compare

Mr. Rogers used to say, “There is only one you.” If we are all unique, then how can we possibly compare ourselves with other people? This is like comparing apples with pineapples. On the other hand, if we accept that we are different, then I think the question could change to: How can I become…

Humor

Humor is a wonderful antidote for stress, a delightful way to release bottled-up emotions and ultimately change your perceptions. Some people are natural comedians, while others may find themselves stifled in this department. I grew-up in an environment where thinking differently was frowned on and poking fun at something was not tolerated, so my humorist…

Messy Room

Within each of us is a tolerance for the opposite states of chaos and order or unpredictability and predictability. This balance is innate to us. If you expect your system to tolerate either too much imposed external order or chaos than your body can handle—because it is designed to ALWAYS reestablish balance—it will need to…
