We do not have to strive for wholeness–wholeness exists within us. Sometimes it can be clouded by false beliefs about life or ourselves–but it is always there. If that happens, we need to take the time to uncover and change our inaccurate perceptions and beliefs. When we do we can transform our whole life. Activities that quite the mind, open the heart and relax the body are the most effective way to bring about deep internal change. My favorite method for shifting my consciousness and gaining insight about my true nature is drawing.
