Reduce Stress and Restore Balance
FREE Workshops for Young Children and Their Parents
The coronavirus epidemic has turned many people’s lives upside down and in some cases is impacting parents of young children the hardest. In response to this dilemma Nancy Marie the creator of the I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB) program, which is based on and endorsed by Dr. Bruce Lipton, is offering FREE online ICWIB workshops for young children and their parents to help families cope with the stress and anxiety of this unprecedented situation.
Even though these workshops are designed for young children and their parents, anyone, anywhere in the world is welcome to attend. Participants will learn how to reduce stress, release bottled up emotions and restore balance in their body autonomously with activities as simple as scribbling using simple resources generally found in any home.
The ICWIB program has been used effectively with people suffering from trauma and PTSD and is currently being used successfully in Head Start, and preschools throughout the US and around the globe. It has also been used very productively in a correctional facility.
The workshops will be held in March and April, though the schedule may be extended if this unprecedented need in our global community continues. For a listing of dates and times, please see the links below. If you are unable to attend the live events, the workshops will be recorded and archived below for later viewing.
