Whenever I find myself embarking along a new journey or beginning a new project I ask myself a series of questions to help me focus my mind and stay on course. Here are some of the questions I ask: What is my ultimate goal or what am I trying to accomplish? Why is this important? Who will it impact? Where is it needed the most? When does it need to happen and how can I best approach this new project or journey? From my perspective, the “what” is a specific gift that an individual has cultivated or is cultivating to share with the Universe. Some think of the “what” as a life purpose or a calling, but remember the “what” can be as simple as being a good listener. When you have your “what” and “why” (which I talked about in a previous post) you have your direction and motivation.
The ICWIB activities are a great way to uncover your “what” and your “why.”
I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE.
