How easily do you freak out? What pushes your buttons? Are your every day challenges impacting you so much you feel like your head is on backwards? If you do, maybe it is time to take a break, go inward and figure out what isn’t working. I have come to the conclusion that when things aren’t working it is usually because my subconscious mind, and my conscious mind have different agendas. I have also found that this is a great time to go inward, and uncover an innovative solution instead of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.
The ICWIB activities are a great way to go inward to find a new solution and in the process you will reduce stress and activate your conscious problem-solving mind.
