Procrastination can be a way of mobilizing internal panic, but why would anyone want to mobilize internal panic? Panic dumps adrenalin into the system, which can help focus your mind, and ultimately summon you into action. Think of first responders. Unfortunately, this approach places you in the non-thinking part of the mind, which makes it difficult to see the bigger picture and find an innovative solution that creates long lasting change. It is also very destructive to the body. So if you find yourself procrastinating, instead of sweeping the issue under the rug, I recommend you go inward, quiet your mind, and in that place of internal stillness uncover what you really want to create and find a gentler and more holistic approach than when mobilizing by creating internal panic.
I have found that the ICWIB activities are a simple way for me to go inward and figure out what I need to change instead of using the “mobilizing through panic” pattern I learned from my early childhood experiences.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE.
In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programing. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!…”
With this in mind, on March 1, 2018, we launched a crowd-funding campaign to raise money so we can offer the ICWIB! training to 150 preschool and elementary school teachers in the upcoming academic year for FREE.
