Alex is a professionally trained medical alert service dog for Nancy Marie, because she has rare condition called Addison’s Disease. This means her body doesn’t make the hormone needed to handle stress of any kind.
Alex’s job is to let Nancy Marie know when she needs to take the missing hormone manually or discontinue what she is doing so she doesn’t end up in the ER.
Often, Nancy Marie can detect when her system is going into overwhelm and can correct the imbalance herself. When it happens faster or stronger than she anticipates, it’s Alex’s job to quickly alert her of the imbalance, how to resolve it and let her know when her system is back to normal.
Nancy Marie feels that her ability to develop the I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program, which is based on the scientific research of Dr. Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. and endorsed by him is because having Addison has made her profoundly aware of how stress of any kind can impact the body-both immediate and long term.
Working with Nancy Marie for many years, Alex has also become aware of the increase of stress and upheaval many humans are experiencing today.
To counter act this debilitating situation, Nancy Marie decided to create two things: First the comprehensive I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB) Online Training Program and the FREE Drawing in the Now classes. In the ICWIB! Online Training Program, individuals can learn the science behind the program and how to adapt and use the activities to meet their special needs.
The FREE Drawing in the Now classes offer everyone an opportunity to explore how the ICWIB! activities can help reduce their stress, transform inaccurate beliefs, and restore balance in their life. These classes are held via Zoom on the first and third Mondays of the month from 4:30-5:00pm PST.
We hope you will have an opportunity to attend the FREE Drawing in the Now classes and follow Alex’s weekly column called “Alex’s Insights” where Alex will share his unique perspectives, innovative solutions, and often humorous anecdotes on the human condition.
