FREE Reduce Stress and Restore Balance Classes

The coronavirus has created a lot of stress and upheaval in many people’s lives. In response to this dilemma, Nancy Marie, the creator of the I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB) program, which is based on the research of Dr. Bruce Lipton and is endorsed by him, began offering FREE online Stress Reduction classes last spring. Originally the classes were intended for parents of young children, but they quickly morphed into classes for all ages because so many adults found the tools and information to be very helpful.

So now, anyone, anywhere in the world is welcome to attend!

Participants will learn how they can use the ICWIB activities, some as simple as scribbling and drawing circles and lines, to reduce stress, and restore balance in their body quickly and effectively. Even very young children can learn how accomplish this autonomously.

Over the years, the ICWIB program has been used effectively with people suffering from trauma and PTSD and is currently being used successfully in Head Start, and preschools throughout the US and around the globe. It has also been used very productively in several correctional facilities.

These mini workshops are FREE and are being held remotely via Zoom.
