Art should not be reserved for the elite few nor should it be isolated in fancy galleries. It should be part of life. Our life needs to be filled with whimsy and delight because then it can help us shift from our subconscious-reactive mind and fear and activate our conscious problem-solving mind and love.
This in turn can reduce stress, help us restore balance, and ultimately provide us with the inner guidance and clarity we need to move forward effectively even in challenging times.
With that in mind, I would like to share this innovative art form that uses tape, plastic garbage bags and subway exhaust. I have always looked for the unusual venues for art, but I must admit I never considered the artistic possibilities of subway exhaust, but that might be because I don’t live in New York.
Using only tape and garbage bags, Joshua Allen Harris has created giant inflatable animals that become animated when fastened to a sidewalk grate. Let his ingenuity ignite your imagination and then let your mind imagine something that could also delight the minds of others as well.
Remember, Albert Einstein said,
“…Imagination is more important than knowledge…”.
Is there a simple way to learn how to active your conscious mind?
Yes!
The I Create What I Believe! Program, endorsed by Dr. Lipton and based on his research, offers deceptively simple and scientifically sound tools to help both children and adults transform negative beliefs that hinder their ability to thrive, flourish, and blossom.
So, if you find yourself having difficulty making a change in your life you might want to explore the I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB) Program.
If you do want to make a change, we invite you to join Nancy Marie, the creator of the ICWIB program, in our new FREE Drawing in the Now class. In each class Nancy Marie will demonstrate one ICWIB activity; explain how to use it and why it works.
It doesn’t matter if you are a seasoned artist or someone who feels they don’t have a creative bone in their whole body. These fun and simple activities can be used by children and adults alike to reduce stress, restore balance, transform inaccurate beliefs, and improve decision-making capabilities.
Classes are held via Zoom on the first and third Monday of each month from 4:30-5:00pm PST. To view archived classes or for more information about the FREE Drawing in the Now Classes visit: https://
“…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming.”– Bruce Lipton, Ph.D.
In a video interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton talked about how the beliefs we acquire in the first seven years of our life impacts not only our ability to succeed, but also our health. He went on to say, “…the ICWIB program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children (and adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed from generation to generation. This is why I wholeheartedly endorse and support Nancy Marie in this effort because it is not a personal effort, it a global effort. This is a global change for peace and harmony on this planet….”
