Over the years I have attended a lot of I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) workshops. Learning to be on stage and not respond to any of the attendees that tried to connect with me—even though they were told not to, was hard sometimes- because besides enjoying my job, I also love to play.
One day after a multiple day workshop I asked Nancy if we could play with one of the ICWIB activities. She said, “Yes!” Do you want to do it now or wait until we get home?
I was excited because there was one more day in this workshop and there was a woman who always sat in the front row facing me and perpetually tried to engage with me. I thought experiencing the activity might help me blur out this insensitive person.
The activity that Nancy chose was ‘What do you see?’ This activity can be done by one person or two. We decided to video the session so we could share it with others.
I hope you enjoy the video!
If you want to learn new ways to disconnect from difficult situations or people, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and/or attend the FREE Drawing in the Now classes that are taught by Nancy Marie over Zoom the first and third Monday of the month from 4:30 pm-5:00 pm PST.
