I love music!
I love dancing!
I love weddings!
Whenever Nancy brings out my sparkly red bowtie, I get excited and begin dancing around the room.
Why do I get excited?
I know we are going to do or go someplace special.
We have gone to parties, and special events, but on this day, Nancy was preparing to go to her daughter’s wedding. I had never been to a wedding, but since Nancy was excited, I was excited.
I didn’t know a head of time, but at Nancy’s daughter’s wedding, I got to walk down the aisle with Nancy, her daughter, and her daughter’s father.
The day before the wedding we began to practiced walking to the music.
I can still remember how my body quivered with excitement.
I could feel the music in my body and in my heart!
Love was in the air!
My chest automatically expanded from a deep sense of love and joy.
Subsequently my body seemed to float naturally from these wonderful feelings.
In situations like this I find my body automatically moves from walking to prancing which creates an even more delightful feeling.
It was a funny feeling in the beginning, like drinking bubbly water. Though as I moved to the music, I could feel myself drop into a rhythm and a sense of glee.
Do you love music?
Do you love dancing?
Do you love weddings?
If you do, but would like some help finding a way to feel a more expanded sense of love and joy, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and/or attend the FREE Drawing in the Now classes that are taught by Nancy Marie over Zoom the first and third Monday of the month from 4:30 pm-5:00 pm PST.

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
