Several years ago, Nancy was getting a massage and as usual I was resting on the floor next to the table. Now it looked like I was asleep, but I was very much awake—just chilling and collecting data. At one point the massage therapist asked Nancy if she could put some cream on her back where she had been feeling pain. Nancy said yes. As she opened the jar a smell triggered something in me, and I lifted my head and began automatically tracking Nancy’s body.
Did I need to alert her? I wasn’t sure but I did know that something had trigger a response in me. I kept tracking her body and then when I was clear that she was fine, and I didn’t need to alert her to take more of the medicine she needed to take because she had Addison’s disease I dropped my head, relaxed my body, and pretended to resume sleep.
The massage therapist told Nancy when I had lifted my head and began tracking her body. Nancy said, “Just watch and let me know what he does.” She then let Nancy know when I stopped tracking her, put my head down and pretended to resume sleep.
When the massage was done, Nancy and I headed for home. I didn’t think about the incident and Nancy didn’t mention it either. Though that night when Nancy was getting ready to go to bed, she picked up the jar of cream the massage therapist had given her, opened it up and was getting ready to put it on her back when I heard her say OMG! I lifted my head not knowing what to expect. She walked out of the bathroom and climbed onto the bed where I laid. “You are amazing! You are truly amazing!”, she said.
She then explained that the herb my trainer had first exposed me to in my medical alert training was in that cream. They had started with that herb to create the systematic response and when I was consistent, they then had replaced that smell with the smell generated by her body when her adrenals were crashing.
“I knew you were smart, but I didn’t realize you were this smart!”, she said. “I didn’t realize you had the capacity to figure out that even though you had been triggered I was okay, and my adrenals were okay. I didn’t realize you knew how to sort through all the data and figure out I was fine. This afternoon your system was triggered by the smell of the herb they initially used to train you, but you also had the clarity and capacity to track, deduct and understand that I was okay—that my adrenals were okay. You have rendered me speechless! With that Nancy crawled into bed next to me and we went to sleep.

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
