Nancy’s son played baseball, so he knew how to throw the ball hard and fast.
I loved it. It was like a ‘dare’. He would fake throwing the ball with a grin on his face. Every time he would fake a throw my body would leap up into the air anticipating catching it while it was airborne. Can you swim fast enough to get it before it hits the water? He would ask as I tried to anticipate his moves and started only when the ball left his hand.
Nancy’s throws were fine, but they lacked the competitiveness and excitement of her son’s throws. When he finally released the ball, I instinctively leaped into the water and began swimming. This day I was swimming so hard I lost sight of the ball.
As I swam past the ball Nancy began screaming trying to get my attention and let me know I was so focused I had swam past the ball and was racing after nothing. She later said it looked like I was swimming to China. In her panic she ran out into the water to try and get my attention, but nothing was working. I was still swimming at brake neck speed after nothing because the ball was behind me.
Her son picked up another ball, shouted my name and landed the ball on my head. It startled me and I stopped. It had broken my concentration. It was only then that I realized how far I had swam and turned around. They cheered and her son threw another ball closer to the shore. I locked my focus on the new ball which got me back to shallow water and eventually the shore. It was an exciting experience, but I was exhausted.
If you would like to learn how to strengthen your focus and concentration and experience the joy of that connection, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities.
You can also explore by yourself some of the ICWIB activities https://icreatewhatibelieve.com/explore/ that can help you see and generate the support you need.

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
