Many years ago, when my trainer and Nancy first met, they discussed what kind of dog would serve Nancy the best. The trainer suggested a poodle for two reasons; Poodles are hypogenic and we would be around people you might be allergic to dogs, but more importantly they are clowns. This is true. I love to do things that make Nancy laugh.
Yes, I was trained to detect when Nancy’s Adrenals are struggling but I also found that getting her to laugh can help her to shake off feelings and situations that could eventually compromise her adrenals before they began to falter.
During this current time of horrifying incidents, chaos, dishonesty, and upheaval, I think we all need to find more ways to incorporate humor and laughter into our daily life.
Why?
Laughter is a very powerful tool.
It can help us separate truth from untruth, lift us out of anxiety, fear, and depression. It can also help us reconnect with our authentic self. When that happens, we become clear eyed and can resist being sucked into the horrible and negative drama that is currently playing out in the world today.
Think about what it looks like when an owner wants his or her dog to do something, but the dog has other plans. They can become unmoving, and limp, or goofy. Yes, we can go numb and ignore what is happening or we can do or say something that is funny or unexpected, and in the process shift the energy and the situations that are trying to swallow us whole.
How can you hold your ground and indicate that you are not interested in participating?
I think what can really be helpful during these difficult times is for everyone to find their own inner mischief-maker and bring more laughter into your lives to counterbalance the fear and terror that is currently being generated by some individuals.
If you would like some help finding your own inner prankster, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities.
You can also explore by yourself some of the ICWIB activities https://icreatewhatibelieve.com/explore/ that can help you gain renewed clarity and sense of joy.

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
