Even though Easter was this past weekend I want to talk about it because it holds some insights and tips for us surviving these difficult times. The tradition of decorating of Easter eggs was a way to bring friends, and families getting together to celebrate creativity, joy, and love. From this tradition, remember bringing friends and family together in any creative endeavor is also a way to increase bonding and a sense of belonging. This in turn can fortify your clarity and sense of self-worth. It can also generate a new and more positive approach to life in the wake of the negativity many of us are experiencing.
I like to look at life as a series of opportunities instead of a series of challenges, because this tends to put me in a more positive mind set which then enables me to see the good that rests within a challenge.
When I was a pup, my mom used to say, look for the good, but be aware of the bad. Know when it is time to walk away and when it is time to stand strong. Know when it is time for an open heart and compassion and when it is time to say, ‘NO!’
It is important to remember if the underlying cause for a change or situation is the result of malice or dishonesty, then it requires all of us to get clear of who we are, where we stand, and what kind of change we want to help generate.
So how do you know how a situation was created? You can feel it in your body. If you feel positive and relaxed when you think about a change or situation it is probably not the result of malice. On the other hand, if you feel resistant and upset, then the sources or need for this change probably is the result of malice or dishonesty. Accessing this information is one of the reasons dogs sniff each other and the wind.
When I was a pup, I used to watch my mom sniff out dogs, situations, and the air. She could tell when something was off. In these situations, she would gather all of us to safety.
So, in these difficult times, be a dog and learn how to sniff out individuals or situations-not with judgment but with bone felt clarity.
So how can you do that?
Ask yourself, do you feel safe and happy, or do you feel cranky and fearful? In all situations you have an opportunity to learn how to identify quickly what is the truth behind a change or situation. This perspective can help you build a skill set to maneuver through life in a positive fashion. So, sniff out the truth and from there you will know where you stand, and how to respond.
If you would like some help learning how to sniff out the truth, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke who will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and show you how to move with a deeper sense of self.
You can also explore by yourself some of the ICWIB activities https://icreatewhatibelieve.com/explore/ that can help you reconnect with your authentic self and the ability to identify truth and malice.

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
