Nancy was listening to a conversation between Wayne Dyer and Oprah Winfrey. They were discussing the difference between the art of manifestation and the law of attraction. Wayne said, “We attract into our life what we are, not what we want.” As simplistic as this seems it means that placing a new or different thought into our mind as if it has already happened is an easy way to facilitate change in our life.
For example, repeating the statement “I am safe”, with clear intent regardless of the outer conditions, can help us relax our body and quiet our mind and in the process help us shift from fear to love. This in turn creates an opportunity for us to change the vibrations in our bodies, thus affecting what we attract and creating a new outcome.
In this conversation Wayne and Oprah reminded us, to connect with our capacity to attract and manifest, we need to be actively transforming self-judgments into self-acceptance and uninstalling the programs that distort our original nature.
During this time of global challenge and turmoil this simple perspective is truly important to remember, because what we think, feel, and believe affects our perceptions and ultimately our ability to create a new and better world for all.
If you would like some help connecting with your ability to connect with your capacity to attract and manifest, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and show you how to use them to increase your ability to attract and manifest a more joy filled life.
You can also explore by yourself some of the ICWIB activities

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
