My very first friend was a cat. Her name was Lilly. Lilly was not like a lot of cats, I think it was because she had lived with lots of large dogs, and she considered herself the alpha animal. The day I first met her she was sprawled out on Nancy’s friends’ living room floor with an attitude of a queen who controlled everyone.
I walked closer and then laid down in front of her. She didn’t budge, instead she reached out with one of her paws and patted the space between us. Instinctively I patted the space between us too.
Then we both reached out further and touched each other paw. I got so excited that I jumped up with enthusiasm but then worried that I might have startle her. In instead, she stood up and rubbed her head against my leg and then against my whole body.
I got even more excited. Then I saw a small ball on the floor, so I picked it up dropped it near her. She immediately patted the ball, and it went flying. I retrieved the ball and passed it back to her again. She subsequently batted it back. Then while I was retrieving the ball again, she stood up and went to lay on her owner’s bed. I was sad, but happy I had found a friend. Nancy and I have visited Lilly many times since that day.
At the same time, I have looked for another friendly cat, but I have not found any cat that was interested in playing with me.
Can you remember you first friend? Was it a dog, a cat, a child, or an adult?
Do you remember how it felt to connect deeply with a friend? Do you want to learn how you can create that same special feeling by yourself? If you do, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and show you how to shift mind states which is where our ability to connect deeply with ourselves and others lives.
You can also explore by yourself some of the ICWIB activities https://icreatewhatibelieve.com/explore/ that can help you see and generate the support you need.

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
