I think art and creativity should not be reserved for the elite few or should it be isolated in fancy galleries. I think it should be part of everyday life. Also don’t limit yourself to thinking that art must be on a canvas, in a sculpture or a pen and ink drawing. Art can be created in all aspects of life. Over the years I have seen Nancy move from fear and anxiety to love and clarity doing simple acts of creating and even scribbling and doodling.
I think life needs to be filled with whimsy and delight especially in these challenging days of negativity, and cruelty because then it can help us shift from fear and anxiety into clear minded love. This in turn can reduce our stress and ultimately provide us with the clarity we need to move forward in a positive heart felt manner.
With that in mind, I would like to suggest you find time each day to do something creative to step out of the constant bombardment of crazy drama and negative upheaval we are living in today. This can be as simple as scribbling, doodling, singing, dancing, or anything that reminds you of who you are and the difference that you can make in the world. What I am talking about is reconnecting you with your authentic self and the wisdom you carry so you can share it with the world. Remember, Albert Einstein said, “…Imagination is more important than knowledge…”.
If you would like some help creating such moments in your life, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and show you an easy way to create a calmer and more joy filled life.
You can also explore by yourself some of the ICWIB activities

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
