The implications Dr. Bruce Lipton’s research has radically changed our understanding of life, specifically dispelling the myth that we have no control over—and are victims of—our genetics. This video shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology; instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.
In this dynamic and mind-shifting video, Dr. Lipton also talks about the evolutionary stages that have transpired since the beginning of time and how these steps are playing out right now in our personal life and life as we know it on this planet.
Very simplistically, in the first evolutionary step there was bacterium. Then they colonized and became an amoeba. When the amoeba colonized they became a human. As humans we are now colonizing into a super-organism called humanity.
To become part of the cooperative community that is coming together creating this new super organism called humanity, we need to approach life from the awareness of our integrated connection instead of the survival of the fittest perspective. In order to accomplish this, many of us will need to change some of our fundamental beliefs about life and ourselves.
Is there a simple way that both children and adults can change their outdated and inaccurate beliefs and perceptions so he or she can become a healthy and positive contributing cell in this new super organism we call humanity?
The I Create What I Believe! Program, endorsed by Dr. Lipton and based on his research, offers a fun and scientifically sound tool to do this. In Activity One, Version Two, this fun and simple exercise will help you become a healthy, vibrant, and positive contributing member of humanity.
Just Scribble: Activity One, Version Two
In a goal-oriented, survival-of-the-fittest culture, scribbling can be immensely freeing. I have seen both children and adults unravel emotional conflict, gain profound clarity, and reconnect deeply with their true nature in a very short period of time with simple scribbling.
When we are looking to make a change, it is important to remember that the right hemisphere of your brain controls your left hand, while the left hemisphere of your brain controls your right hand. When you do an activity where one of your hands crosses your midline your brain spontaneously picks up the other hemisphere. This gets the two hemispheres to work together in harmony and creates a whole-brain experience. This in turn will provide you with an opportunity to see the bigger picture more clearly and transform inaccurate beliefs, perceptions, and behaviors that are hindering you from becoming a positive contributor in the new super organism called humanity.
Instructions:
⦁ Place a crayon or multiple crayons in each of your hands.
⦁ Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
⦁ After your third breath, allow both of your hands to scribble simultaneously.
⦁ Pay attention to the speed, amount of pressure, and the way each hand wants to move,
⦁ They don’t have to do the same thing, but they do need to be moving simultaneously.
⦁ Allow yourself to scribble for as long or as short as you would like.
⦁ Before you open your eyes take a minute to reflect on any internal changes or insights you gained by scribbling. Remember we are using this activity to familiarize ourselves with a “whole-brain” experience and heighten our awareness of what we need to change to be a positive contributor to the new super organism called humanity.
After you are familiar with the activity you can accomplish the same thing with your fingers tracing on your leg or arm. This means that you can collect yourself and enhance your conscious awareness anywhere or any time.
