This very informative video illustrates how fear affects the biology of our body and how these biological responses in our bodies can impact the evolution of humanity on a global scale. Remember what plays out inside of us is simultaneously playing outside on the big screen of life, all around us.
In less than six minutes, Dr. Bruce Lipton explains how being in a prolonged state of (even just perceived) fear triggers a biological protection response that impairs the immune system, shuts down cellular growth, and decreases intelligence. Building walls for protection, be it metaphorically or literally, also strains our ability to individually and collectively cooperate and create more positive outcomes.
Cells, like people, need to collectively cooperate for growth and to thrive. However, when fear overrides consciousness, we stay in protection mode. Remember, our system can only move in one direction at a time. Are your perceptions building walls for protection, or bridges for linking connections?
Also, the earlier children can learn to operate from love instead of fear—and autonomously switch from protection to growth mode—the healthier and happier their minds and bodies will grow.
So how can we change our perceptions and responses?
The I Create What I Believe! ICWIB! Program, endorsed by Dr. Bruce Lipton and based on his research, is designed to help both children and adults move from fear to love and in the process restore balance and place their minds in a learning-ready state so they can build positive connections!
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. The ICWIB program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
