What is reality? Is it the physical things that we see? Is it our perceptions? Or is perception a reality? In this short video, Dr. Bruce Lipton addresses these questions with a biological description of reality: electromagnetic activity that affect our neurons.
Using the metaphor of the Matrix, Dr. Lipton explains how our perceptions are influenced by our subconscious thoughts, programs, and learned behavior, which were imprinted in us at an early age. So if we’ve been programmed to accept somebody else’s version of reality, how much of our perception is even “ours”?
By taking personal responsibility to consciously reprogram our minds, we can change our perceptions and our body’s biological response. For example, if you notice yourself focusing on what you can’t do, spin it around to focus on what you can do! How does that shift feel in your body? What new possibilities exist from that perception?
As Bruce shares, to create a new reality we need to create new perceptions. Now sometimes it is difficult to remove the obstacles in our own minds, due to long-held beliefs.
So, if you find yourself having difficulty making a change in your life you might want to explore the I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB) Program which is endorsed by Dr. Lipton and based on his research. These deceptively simple, fun, and scientifically sound tools can help you quickly change your perceptions and create a more authentic life.
If you do want to make a change and you would like some support, we invite you to join Nancy Marie, the creator of the ICWIB program, in our new FREE Drawing in the Now class. In each class Nancy Marie will demonstrate one ICWIB activity; explain how to use it and why it works.
Classes are held via Zoom on the first and third Monday of each month from 4:30-5:00pm PST. To view archived classes or for more information about the FREE Drawing in the Now Classes visit: https://
“…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming.”– Bruce Lipton, Ph.D.
In a video interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton talked about how the beliefs we acquire in the first seven years of our life impacts not only our ability to succeed, but also our health. He went on to say, “…the ICWIB program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children (and adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed from generation to generation. This is why I wholeheartedly endorse and support Nancy Marie in this effort because it is not a personal effort, it a global effort. This is a global change for peace and harmony on this planet….”
