In this 5-minute, insightful video, Wayne Dyer reminds us that when we get squeezed (by someone or something in life), what comes out of us is what’s inside of us. If we have compassion for ourselves, our juice is flavored with compassion for others. If we have anger inside, our juice is flavored with anger. How we respond to others reflects our relationship with ourselves.
As Wayne says, “What happens to you in your life, it isn’t what people do to you. It’s how you react to what people do to you, that makes the difference between you being a fully functioning person or a victim. Everything that happens is a lesson and you either learn from it, or you become a victim.”
Did you know that the simple process of scribbling could be used to transform victim-oriented thoughts and beliefs into ones of appreciation and gratitude for growth? We can change the flavor of our juice just by filling ourselves with more love and kindness.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
