Many cultures view the elephant as a symbol of strength and power. It has also been praised for its stamina, mental faculties, cooperative spirit, and loyalty. These are wonderful qualities. In fact, these qualities are ones that I feel we all should to strive for within ourselves, especially in these challenging times. So how can we find our inner elephant?
I think the answer is through balance—becoming aware of our tolerance or intolerance for the opposite states of chaos (unpredictability) and order (predictability) and then organizing our life accordingly. Even if you live a very demanding life, it is still possible to remain centered, clear, and honorable. To accomplish this, you will need to remember it is how you respond to a challenge that creates the person you are and then make your choices consciously.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the FREE ICWIB art activities and videos, because they are a wonderful way to help you reconnect with your tolerance or intolerance for predictability and unpredictability and help you create a balanced and authentic life.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
