Why do we act against our own self-interest?
Self-sabotage is an expression of inner conflict- it’s when a part of our personality acts in conflict with another a part of our personality. This can take place under the radar of our conscious mind- because the behavior was formed and internalized so early on in life.
When we’re very young, we begin adopting the thoughts, attitudes and behaviors that surround us- and are directed at us- by influential people in our lives. Negative and self-limiting beliefs lead to inner conflict…and within us is born our own worst enemy.
Instead of turning against ourselves, let’s tune into ourselves! The ICWIB! Program helps you identify inaccurate beliefs and negative generational programming- so you can transform inner conflict and experience more self-love. Being kind to ourselves also models positive behavior for anyone who’s observing our actions!
With this in mind, we invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!…”
