“There is one current running through each bulb, in the same way there is a singular energy running through each person on this planet. Despite race, gender, or nationality, we are all energy… energy has no color, no political or religious affiliation, energy just is.” Prince Ea
In this three-minute video, Prince Ea asks, “What if this lightbulb was the cure to racism, sexism, and classism?” He goes on to share what people and lightbulbs have in common. After watching this video, I pondered, why do we tend to focus more on the labels that divide us, rather than the commonalities that unite us?
I discovered this very telling study done at MIT, where cognitive neuroscientists found “the human brain is predisposed to learn negative stereotypes… clustering people into groups… helps us navigate the world without being overwhelmed by information…Negative information may have been more important for your own survival in ancient times.”
Although we no longer live in ancient times, we do live in a world where children and adults alike can feel overwhelmed by information. By learning how to restore balance in the brain stem and then operate from the conscious, creative mind (instead of from negative, subconscious programs), we can recognize what Prince Ea shares:
“Without using your thoughts, associations, perceptions, emotions, or memories, who are you?... We are intelligent, creative, universal energy. If we understood that, then we’d finally understand that…we are one.”
Would you like to learn some fun exercises (simple enough to teach a preschooler, yet just as effective for adults) that restore balance to your system when you feel overwhelmed? The ICWIB! exercises are designed to help you connect with your true nature, and the current of creative, universal energy that flows through us all.
With this in mind, we invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!…”
Final note: I would like you to know that we are currently in the process of putting the ICWIB training up online so that it is easy for anyone anywhere in the world to receive and benefit from the ICWIB Training. We will keep you posted on when it will be available.
