Cells, like people, collectively cooperate for growth and to thrive. However, when fear overrides consciousness, we stay in protection mode to survive. Unfortunately, our system can only move in one direction at a time—towards growth or towards protection.
Bruce also shares how being in a prolonged state of (perceived) fear triggers a biological protection response that impairs the immune system, shuts down cellular growth, and decreases intelligence.
