In this five-minute video, Dr. Bruce Lipton explains how biological responses are influenced by thoughts: cells respond to signals (chemicals in our bloodstream) triggered by the nervous system’s perception of the environment. This is how our perception of the outer environment impacts the chemistry of our inner environment. If we perceive a threat, our biology reflects it: signals of threat are released into the blood, preparing cells to engage in a protectionary response. But what if we aren’t in actual danger, what if it is just fear?
As Bruce points out, inappropriate signals lead to inappropriate behaviors by responding cells, which creates stress and can cause up to 90% of all disease. Imagine, if from a young age, you were taught how to self-regulate your emotions and restore balance in your system, transforming stress before it caused dis-ease.
How would you like to increase your health by consciously transforming fear-based thought patterns? Would you like join a growing movement of mentors and teachers who are empowering children with tools for transforming stress and creating a life where they can thrive? The ICWIB! Program, based on this scientific insight into how our belief systems influence our life, offers tools for transforming fear, anxiety, and residual trauma!
With this in mind, we invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE.
Also in a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!…”
