Most of the time when I ride in the car, I ride in a soft crate that is very comfortable. It has a sunroof and allows me to stretch out. Though sometimes I like to ride shotgun. Why? It lets me see where we are going and ultimately prepare myself for any unforeseeable situations.
During this time of unbelievable upheaval and negativity, I think everyone should ride shotgun several times a week, because seeing where you are going, or life is going can provide you with the information and clarity you need to accomplish your desired goals. This is not a time to ‘space out” or ignore the evil currently being generated today, because if you approach life from some predigested perspective of other people, you can miss the truth and forget how to trust yourself.
In my Medical Alert training I was taught to notice when inconsistency presented themselves, how to decode them and adjust them to help Nancy manage her Addison’s.
During these difficult times, I think it would be a good idea if all of us could find simple ways to counterbalance the destructive acts playing out daily.
So how can we do that?
If they are controlling by generating fear and doing unhuman acts, then we need to generate the opposite. That means we need to emanate and approach life from love, inclusion, clarity, compassion, and the determination to make life better for everyone. You don’t have to be a service dog, but I think it would be good if your actions positively supported the greater good. To make this happen you only need to be radiating hope, appreciation, and love with the desire to make a difference instead of generating more fear.
So, what can we do to counterbalance this trend?
I think that every time you move from your heart or purposely choose to make a positive change instead of enabling or supporting the negative behavior of others, you make a difference. You don’t have to be a service dog you only need to be a quality human being with a compassionate heart instead of being a cruel oppressor.
If you find yourself having difficulty understanding how you personally can make a positive difference, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and show you how to be your best in simple ways.
You can also explore by yourself some of the ICWIB activities https://icreatewhatibelieve.com/explore/ that can help you reconnect more deeply with yourself and learn how doing simple acts can change your life and the lives of others.

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
