Many years ago, when Nancy was teaching an in-person ICWIB workshop there was a woman, her name was Jessa, in the class that was having difficulty doing the first activity-Just Scribble because she said her paper was too small.
As Nancy walked by the table, she found Jessa trying to tape several pieces of paper together to make a larger piece of paper instead of doing the scribble activity.
Nancy asked if she could help. Jessa said that she was unable to do the activity on a small piece of paper because the emotions that were erupting were so large, she needed to move her body in a much larger fashion. No matter how large she made the paper it wasn’t big enough.
In that moment an idea flashed through Nancy’s head, and she asked her if she would consider doing air crayons?
“What is that?” Jessa asked.
Nancy said: You close your eyes, use pretend crayons, and pretend paper—kind of like ‘air guitar’. Then you can go as big as your body needs you to go, and you can even scribble three dimensionally. Jessa loved the idea and decided to give it a try.
Well, Jessa had a breakthrough that day, and since that day Nancy always teaches ‘air crayons’ as part of the first activity.
If you would like some help using air crayons in your daily life, and to connect more deeply with yourself, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and show you how to step by step develop your own version of Air Crayons.
You can also explore by yourself some of the ICWIB activities

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
