“…If you’re not looking at the shadows, if you’re not looking at what is subconsciously running through the tape in your mind… telling yourself you’re not good enough, you’re not worthy enough, you’re not smart enough, you’re not enough… if you’re not conscious of that, then you end up acting out of that belief system, and not out of what you know to be the truest, or want to be the truest, for yourself.” ~ Oprah Winfrey
This wonderful quote from Oprah Winfrey is a constant reminder to me of the importance of being conscious and present in the moment. When we are fully present, we are in our conscious mind. The mind works in an “either-or” capacity—meaning that you can’t be in your subconscious mind and conscious mind simultaneously. If you are in your conscious mind, then your subconscious mind and its tapes are suspended. This creates a situation where you have the capacity to rewrite a previous unsupportive or inaccurate tape. This is how change happens—one tape at a time!
If you would like some assistance with learning how to detect when you are in your conscious mind versus your subconscious mind, and learn how to activate your conscious mind at will, then I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE, because the ICWIB! Program is designed to help you discover what’s playing on these “tapes,” and then edit them to support “what you know to be the truest, or want to be the truest, for yourself.”
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
