Video from KarmaTube
This video was a great reminder to me of our human need to give and receive kindness. It also reminded me of how the simplest act can make a huge difference especially in challenging times.
Follow the story of a group of 8th graders that decided to undertake an experiment of doing random acts of kindness over the course of a year. Very early on, they discovered that they preferred their acts of kindness to be anonymous rather than to get thanks for their acts, so they called their group “The Breakfast Club.” Then over the course of a year their efforts expanded from just focusing on the school staff to include the whole school and their community.
As the video came to an end I was left with one question in my mind, “What small act of kindness could I do to make a difference?”
With that in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE, because they have the capacity to activate your conscious mind and in the process to help you see how you too can make a positive difference in the world.
