Video from KarmaTube
This uplifting video, inspired by the 21 day Gratitude Challenge, is a great reminder of the importance and power of gratitude. It can also remind us of how small things can add up and enhance fabric of our life.
Musicians Nimo Patel and Daniel Nahmod brought together dozens of people from around the world to create this stunning, and heart-opening melody to celebrate all that is a blessing in life. For the 21 Days, over 11,000 participants from 118 countries learned that “gratefulness” is a habit cultivated consciously and a muscle built over time.
Why is this important?
When we come from gratitude we also have the ability to approach life from our conscious mind, which means we can create a life that is supportive of our authentic nature.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE because they too can help you activate your conscious mind and create a life that is supportive of your authentic nature.
