Whenever I find myself embarking along a new journey or beginning a new project I ask myself a series of questions to help me focus my mind and stay on course.
Here are some of the questions I ask: What is my ultimate goal or what am I trying to accomplish? Why is this important? Who will it impact? Where is it needed the most? When does it need to happen? Finally, how can I best approach this new project or journey?
So how do I use the answers to my questions?
I have found that there will be times when I am pursuing my goal that I will lose my focus, become overwhelmed and want to quit. Instead of giving up, I have found that going back and reviewing my what, why, who, where, when and how always helps to reset my internal GPS and provide me with the clarity and confidence I need to move forward more effectively.
To get my answers I usually use one of the I Create What I Believe activities to relax my body, open my heart and focus my mind so I am able to unearth a clear and reliable plan of action. With this in mind, we invite you to join Nancy Marie, the creator of the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program, in our new FREE Drawing in the Now class. In each class Nancy Marie will demonstrate one ICWIB activity; explain how to use it and why it works.
Classes are held via Zoom on the first and third Monday of each month from 4:30-5:00pm PST. To view archived classes or for more information about the FREE Drawing in the Now Classes visit: https://
In a video interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children (and adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and adults’ mind and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now…“
