So here is my story:
In a previous e-mail I talked about racing Nancy when she was on her bike and always winning when I was younger. I didn’t win because she let me win but because I was that fast and could maintain that speed for quite a while. I am older now and can still crank it up but not for the same duration of time.
When I was younger, I was also able to override or ignore what my system wanted to do sometimes. I could retrieve large sticks in the water for up to 3 hours straight and run at breakneck speed for quite a distance, but then sometimes it would take me a day or two to recover.
Nancy seeing that change in me and knowing I got great joy from cranking it up decided to get me an UBER. This way I can exert a lot of energy at one point and don’t have to worry about having enough energy to get me home if I have really drained my tank.
Nancy calls it embracing and adapting to our age. It sometimes means changing beliefs and behaviors while other times it only requires loving, and appreciating the benefits of each cycle that life brings us.
So how can losing our physical prowess be a benefit? I have found that becoming older gets me to move slower, that in turn brings me more into the moment which also helps me be more sensitive, intuitive, and aware. That means that I can pick up and alert Nancy faster and more accurately. It also helps me pinpoint the source of the stress that may be compromising Nancy’s body. From this perspective I often see challenges as opportunities instead of problems.
So, are you comfortable with the age you are currently? Or are you wanting to be a different age than you are? Do you want to be older or younger than you are and why? What attribute do you miss the most? If you take the time dissecting what gives you and has given you that youthful sense of joy and wholeness it is easy to convert it into a version that works for you currently. When that happens you will become ageless, whole, and happy.
I am not ready for a wheelchair, but I am also not delusional on where I am in the life cycle. I also know that if I slowdown and respect my body by not pushing it, I will feel more content and whole.
So, if you would like some help feeling whole and content, I suggest you explore the I Create What I Believe (ICWIB) program where my friend Luke will demonstrate the ICWIB activities and/or attend the FREE Drawing in the Now classes that are taught by Nancy Marie over Zoom the first and third Monday of the month from 4:30 pm-5:00 pm PST.

In a recent interview Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “…Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children and (adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s and (adults’) minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
