In his research, Hans Jenny demonstrated that sound or vibration creates form and when you change the sound the form changes. You can see this phenomenon in nature and it is also true with us. When someone is stressed or inauthentic, their voice sounds different and their facial expressions and body language are also different. If you want to see the truth beyond the charm, glossy presentation, good intentions, or hype, then get out of your head and pay attention to how the visuals and sounds are impacting your biology. This is where truth lives!
Once you are clear on how something is impacting you, deciding to participate or not becomes a very easy decision.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the FREE ICWIB art activities and videos, because they are also a wonderful way to help you reconnect with your truth.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
