“Make sure your worst enemy is not living between your ears.”
It is easy to point fingers and blame others for our unhappiness, but the truth is we have a very strong role in the creation of our reality. Research shows that about 95% of a person’s life is run by the tapes they received from their parents in the first six years of life and that 70% of those tapes are negative. With this in mind, it is easy to see how our worst enemy could live between our ears. So what can you do if those tapes are hindering your ability to thrive? Research now shows us that we have re-write software between our ears, which means we can change any tapes that are hindering our ability to grow and thrive.
I repeatedly turn to some of the ICWIB activities when I discover I am operating from an inaccurate belief. Why? They are a simple, fun, and scientifically sound way to changing an inaccurate belief or perception. When I do take the time to stop and change a belief, perception, or behavior I find my life improves quickly.
So with this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE.
