“Your mind is the garden, your thoughts are the seeds,
the harvest can either be flowers or weeds.”
-William Wordsworth
I love this little quote because when I see myself as the gardener of my mind, I feel inspired and empowered. I feel inspired because I am reminded that I can grow beautiful flowers by planting seeds of positivity and then nourishing them with encouraging self-talk. I feel empowered because I am reminded that I can weed out any growth that is negative or unhealthy. I am also reminded that this is my garden and I have the power to choose what grows there and what doesn’t.
When you have a spare moment, you might want to look at what you are growing in your garden. Are you growing flowers or weeds? And if you don’t like what you are seeing in your garden, maybe it is time to do a bit of weeding.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of theICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE, because they are a wonderful way to identify negative weeds you need to clear from your mind and transform them into positive and inspiring seeds.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
