This uplifting video reminded me that we are all children at the heart and because of that we all need to find a way to play, have fun and enjoy our days. Life will always be filled with challenging moments, but we can choose how those moments affect our emotional and physical well-being.
Edward Reid became an instant celebrity when he brought down the house on “Britain’s Got Talent” — with nursery rhymes! In the beginning the crowd laughed and jeered when 35-year-old schoolteacher opened with “Old MacDonald.” But his undulating voice and child like enthusiasm won them over as he moved into “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.” By the time he concluded with “If You’re Happy and You Know It, Clap Your Hands,” every pair of hands in the room was, indeed, applauding wildly.
Joy and love are contagious, just like fear and anger, but the end result is radically different. With this in mind, I am going to invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE. Why? They have the ability to not only transform inaccurate beliefs that can hinder your ability to thrive, they can also help you remember how to play, have fun and enjoy even the challenging moments in your days.
