Wholeness is not something we need to strive for or try to obtain. Wholeness exists within us. It is our perceptions or beliefs about life and ourselves that disconnects us from this awareness and can prevent us from moving through life in a full and integrated manner.
The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB) activities are designed to help you transform beliefs and perceptions that keep you mired in old behavior and make it difficult for you to reconnect with your authentic self and move through life in a full and integrated manner.
Today I want to share a video of the third version of Just Scribble, which is the first activity in the I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB) program. In case you haven’t had a chance to explore version one and two, you can find them at this same location as well.
The purpose of Just Scribble-Version Three is to help you further identify the strengths and weaknesses of both your linear mind and your creative mind. It can also help you identify in what kind of situations it is more advantageous for you to lead or initiate action from your linear mind vs. your creative mind. In addition, using this activity over time can also help you integrate the two hemispheres of your mind, thus making it easier for you to create the life you want.
I do not recommend version three of Just Scribble for young children, because it requires complex observation and reflection. I normally only teach version one (individual hands) and version two (two hands together) to young children.
With this in mind, I would like to invite you to explore all three versions of the Just Scribble activity and some of the other ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE, because they are a simple and scientifically way to help you reconnect with your authentic self and move through life in a more whole and integrated manner.
