Since every day we seem to be bombarded with more and more stress, Alex and I would like to share some simple tips, and stories with you to hopefully put a smile on your face and help you keep your head screwed on straight in these very, very challenging times.
Many years ago I had an extraordinary experience with a deer that opened my heart and mind. That experience I feel was a very graphic illustration of the research of both Dr. Bruce Lipton, and Dr. Hans Jenny. As my thoughts and emotions changed it impacted both my body and my mind. The deer felt that change and that triggered a reaction in him.
Over the years I have wondered often how long our connection would have lasted if I hadn’t gotten spooked? I also have pondered what belief in me broke that magical spell of cross species communication.
What I do know is that since that day anytime I have had a similar opportunity I have used every trick I know to keep myself in my conscious mind and fully present in the moment so I can sustain the exchange as long as possible.
