Since research shows that more and more people today are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction and chronic Health disorders, I think it would be a good idea to look at how this may be impacting our nervous system, well-being and life.
Many attribute this rise in adversity to early childhood trauma, and chronic stress. This in turn is creating nervous system deregulation in many—meaning the system is losing its ability to read and respond appropriately to situations.
So what can we do to rectify this situation? Is there a simple action that we could personally take that would help us reregulate our nervous system and subsequently become more resilient?
Yes!
With this in mind, I invite you and the children in your life to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE, because they have the capacity help both children and adults uncover the source of his or her imbalance and provide them with simple and effective tools to resolve and heal the imbalance.
Also, in a recent interview, Dr. Bruce Lipton said, “Freedom is the ability to create without the limitation of generational programming. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB!) Program is a gateway and a pathway into a new and better future because it allows children (and adults) to fully express themselves and to not be limited by the beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. This program also frees up children’s minds and allows their creative nature to create a better world for all of us, which is what we need right now!”
