Since every day we seem to be bombarded with more and more stress, Alex and I would like to share some simple tips, and stories with you to hopefully put a smile on your face and help you keep your head screwed on straight in these very, very challenging times.
Today I want to share a story about Alex, my medical alert dog.
We were flying from New York to San Francisco. The flight was completely booked and the seats seemed extraordinary small, but this flight posed a completely different problem or challenge. The challenge was a supreme test of both Alex’s and my self-control and integrity.
What I relearned from that very long flight is we can’t control life, nor can we control other people’s behavior. The only thing we can control is how we respond to a situation and the choices we make can have a lasting impact on other people.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE, because they are a wonderful way to help you reconnect with your authentic nature and remember who you are and what is important tot you.
