Many years ago when I first met Dr. Bruce Lipton he told me that our emotions were like the gauges on the dashboard of our car. They let us know if a situation was good or not good for our biology.
Today I would like to elaborate on that metaphor and explain how you can use this information to reduce stress and create a life that is supportive of your authentic nature.
From my perspective, if you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed the first place to check is to see how full your gas tank is. Now I am not literally talking about gasoline, but instead I am asking you if you are feeding your body, mind and soul adequately so you have the energy and internal clarity get to where you want to go or accomplish your desired goal.
So when you encounter a challenge step back and take the time to check your gas tank, speedometer, odometer and RPM’s. This information will then help you make good choices and create a life that is truly support of your authentic nature.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE because they are a wonderful way to help you gain more clarity about your situation and also help you uncover if the situation is good or not good for your biology.
